Never believe the claims on products. I use apricot scrub for about 12 years or more. I assume you mean San Eves Apricot Scrub. The product is similar to a sponge for the face - not only helps the dead skin. This is not a panacea, but after washing my face - it feels really clean.
Used for a time to the cream and acne cortisone cream and mix it on my face - to help with acne and redness.
The black dots seem to be impossible to get rid of it, and have tried many products. I love Biore Pore Strips - to undress, as the skin cells, etc., but they do not throw things.
