In thinking about online.But my Associates degree in visual communication at the University of Phoenix, I think, Academy of Art University, or AIU London would be better on my CV in the future, but I can not pay all fees in advance with the Academy of Arts and AIU London (tuition, fees, fees). University of Phoenix losing fees.So when the University of Phoenix does not work or if you later if I have money to pay all costs, I can start another school and still full scholarship and financial aid if I do?

Yes, if the Alliance Israelite Universelle in London by the federal system we are accredited finance. But it is unlikely that a transfer. University of Phoenix credits usually transfer well. Much less abroad.
Yes, you can now start UOP and save up to move into the new school. If the transfer, you can help to do transfer and (so before the start of the semester, nor in the UOP, which may take some time enrolled).
